Is my sister really a fat man in a dress?

I'm not sure if my sister was always my sister, but perhaps my brother when we were children.

When we were very young, I think she was a he, but I'm not sure. She was either a really ugly and aggressively masculine young girl, or he is a girly girly boy of the scariest sort!

This is my sister's school picture at age 12. You tell me... I just can't call it out for sure.
